…and much more.

We work with every level of an organisation, from service users and frontline staff to volunteers, supervisors, managers, senior managers, chief executives, and board members.

Before delivering training, we take the time to understand what safeguarding means for your organisation. We will ensure that your core values, principles, and ethos are reflected throughout the training provided.

Our training is interactive and engaging, featuring bespoke case studies, group activities, and discussions—both small and large groups. This ensures a dynamic learning experience, where safeguarding messages are reinforced, and real-life scenarios are explored.

We believe training is most impactful when the content is relatable to attendees’ everyday roles. Our sessions are designed to be open, curious, and inclusive, helping attendees understand their safeguarding roles and responsibilities, and the appropriate actions to take when concerns arise.

Too many organisations have learned the hard way about the consequences of weak safeguarding systems. Our approach focuses on identifying and developing the strengths of your current practice and addressing areas for improvement. Together, we will reduce or minimise the risk of future safeguarding failures.

We would be happy to discuss your specific safeguarding training requirements.
