From focusing on learning events to understanding the systems, pressures, and contexts behind them. It has deepened my approach to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Systems thinking &amp; Key Practice Episodes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducing hindsight bias <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meaningfully involving practitioners, families and seldom\u2011heard voices <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying structural barriers, inequality and intersectionality <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitating psychologically safe learning environments <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crafting evidence\u2011based findings that can drive real system change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m grateful for the challenge, the honesty and the richness of learning the programme has offered.
