Safeguarding frameworks must reflect that. This wasn\u2019t about simply meeting statutory requirements. It was about creating a policy that made sense to volunteers, respected the people they serve, and embedded safeguarding into everyday practice.<br><br>We worked together to ensure the language was clear and accessible, roles were defined, and the procedures supported their wider mission. The outcome? A document they could genuinely use, not just file away.<br><br>Safeguarding is not about bureaucracy. It\u2019s about culture.
